The Command Staff shall be the administrative body of the
USS Armageddon and shall have authority to act in all matters pertaining to the affairs of the organization and shall exercise general supervision over all USS Armageddon officers and committees.  All Command Staff Officers and Division Chiefsmust have current membership within the USS Armageddon and Starfleet
All Command Staff and Division Chiefs must have passed the
 Officers Training School (OTS)
before appointment and passed the
Officers Command College (OCC)
within 3 months after appointment.

A new member may apply for a Command Staff or a Division Chief position, if open, at which time, they can become Acting Officer for 90 days, after which the Command Staff, at the following Staff meeting,
 will consider them for the appointment.
